About

L’oR Consulting Services works with founder-led and growing organizations that have outgrown how they currently operate.

At a certain point, what used to work stops working.
The team grows, systems are added, and more structure is introduced — but things don’t necessarily get easier.
Work slows down in unexpected places.
Decisions get pulled back to leadership.
Processes exist, but don’t always support how the business actually runs.
This is where our work tends to sit.

How We Approach This Work

Most of the time, the issue isn’t a lack of effort or capability.
It’s that the way work is structured no longer matches how the business operates today.
It’s on stepping back, understanding how things are currently working, and making targeted changes so work can move more cleanly across the organization.

Background

Bettyna Julien brings experience across HR, systems implementation, and operational design. Through her work supporting organizations with system implementations like Workday and post-production optimization, she has seen firsthand how quickly systems, processes, and teams can become misaligned as organizations grow.
That perspective shapes how this work is approached.
As businesses grow, what used to work stops working. Teams get bigger, more tools get added, but things don’t actually get easier. Work slows down, decisions pile up, and everything starts coming back to the founder.
She saw this every day inside large organizations, how quickly things break down when work isn’t structured well, and how much better teams operate when it is.
As a founder herself, she understands how important it is to get this right.
Her work focuses on helping founder-led and growing organizations identify where things are breaking down and put structure in place so the business doesn’t rely on them for everything, while making work easier for the teams doing it.

What This Work Is Not

This is not consulting where you’re handed a playbook and told to implement it. This is not leadership coaching or team development. This is not software implementation disguised as strategy.

We start by understanding how your business actually operates. Then we design the structures that will make it run better. Sometimes that includes software. Sometimes it doesn’t. The tools follow the strategy, not the other way around.

If you’re looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, this isn’t the right fit. If you want someone to help you see what’s actually broken and build what will fix it, this is exactly where to start.

Start with Clarity

If your business feels heavier than it should, this is where to begin.
